The BORDER COLLIE WORKING ASSOCIATION (ABCT) informs about the existence of files that store data collected through forms (mandatory fields) or email, as well as data derived from established legal relationships.
Authorization and Purpose of Processing
The user expressly authorizes the processing of personal data provided voluntarily. The purpose is "maintenance, development and control of the legal relationship" and to keep the user informed about the association.
Confidentiality Commitment
The association commits not to "assign, sell, or share personal data for the benefit of third parties". In case of transfer, the identity of assignees and purposes must be communicated.
Statistics and Third Parties
Dissociated information may be provided to third parties, including advertisers, to compile statistics.

Request Requirements
Requests must include name, surnames, photocopy of ID, address, date and signature. Access will only be denied if requested at an interval of less than twelve months without proven legitimate interest.
